AMasters Refund Policy

At AMasters, we are committed to delivering a structured and results-driven training program to help you succeed in your Amazon business. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have separate refund policies for each product:

1 - VIP Pack - Unlock Full AMasters Course ($1997)

Refunds are only available under specific conditions to maintain the integrity of the program.

Eligibility for a Refund

A user may request a refund under one of the following conditions: No Program Access Within 15 Days:

If the user has not started the program within 15 days of purchase, they are eligible for a full refund.
"Starting the program" includes accessing any course materials, training videos, or live sessions.

Completed Program with No Sales After Product Launch and PPC Investment:

The user must complete all classes in the program.
The user must successfully launch a product on Amazon, including:
- Uploading product images
- Branding the product
- Setting up A+ Content
Within the first 30 days after product launch, the user must invest a minimum of $300 in Amazon PPC advertising.
If, after spending the required $300 PPC budget, the user has not received a single sale, they may request a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

A refund will not be issued under the following circumstances:

The 15-day period has passed, and the user has not met the refund conditions.
The user has started any part of the program but did not complete it or launch a product with PPC advertising.
The user has made any sales within the first 30 days of product launch.

To request a refund, users must provide the following proof:

Course completion
Evidence of product launch on Amazon, including images, branding, and A+ Content setup
PPC campaign performance, showing a $300 spend with no recorded sales

Refund requests must be submitted exclusively via live chat on the AMasters website. No other communication channels will be accepted.

2 - VIP Pack 48-Hour Reservation ($200)

This product serves as a reservation fee for the VIP Pack - Unlock Full AMasters Course and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Policy for 48-Hour Reservation

The reservation secures access to the VIP Pack for 48 hours from the time of purchase.
This product is non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
After purchasing the reservation, the customer will receive a unique $200 discount code, which can be applied to the purchase of the VIP Pack - Unlock Full AMasters Course ($1997).
If the 48-hour window expires and the customer does not purchase the full course, the reservation fee is forfeited.

Fraud Prevention and Chargeback Policy

To protect both AMasters and its customers, all purchases require 3DS OTP verification to prevent unauthorized transactions.

By completing a purchase and passing 3DS OTP verification, the customer acknowledges that the transaction is authorized and final.
Any fraudulent chargeback claims will be declined, as the verification process ensures that only authorized users complete transactions.
